Shout out to Bretton Zinger for sharing this on the JEA Listserv some time ago.
Students frequently want to review different movies in print and online and are often finding ways to visually illustrate what they are talking about. EPK.TV offers a nice one-stop-shop to find many of the movies and TV shows students are wanting to talk about.
Signing up is fairly easy. Just go to https://www.epk.tv/ and you should see an option to “Register for an Account” in the top right corner. Bretton claimed that all he did was fill out the information and let them know the material would be used in a high school media outlet and his program was approved within a few hours. I had the same experience.
It’s worth looking into and it will save your team from reproducing low res screenshots or trying to figure out how to screen record movie clips to reproduce in your video.
