gregory-peggy-thumbJEA President Mark Newton today named Peggy Gregory of Arizona as co-chair of the Mentoring Committee.

“I have known Peggy for a long time and I could not be more pleased she agreed to help lead the Mentoring Committee,” Newton said. “Peggy was an amazing adviser and she is one of the committee’s most engaged members. We are fortunate to have her as a leader.”

Gregory, the former journalism adviser at Greenway High School in Phoenix, will serve with current co-chair Linda Barrington.

Gregory replaces Julie Dodd, who will continue to serve JEA as the scholastic press association liaison.
