The spring national high school journalism convention was scheduled to take place in Nashville April 16-18 but was canceled due to Covid-19. As a result, NSPA announced Pacemaker Winners and Best of Show placings for those schools that had planned to attend in a live presentation on Friday.

The next JEA/NSPA National High School Journalism Convention will be in November in Orlando.
