We’ve got some great tutorials on this site from the Adobe in a Minute Youtube Channel and this is another one. It might be considered a little more intermediate than beginner, but many students are looking to use speed ramping in their videos these days so this is a great tool to add to their editing toolbelt. The tutorial covers the adjustments needed and even adding a blur effect to the final edit.
