On Thursday, Sept. 2, JEA announced Andrew Chambers as the 2021 National High School Broadcast Adviser of the Year. Chambers teaches at Richland Northeast High School in Columbia, South Carolina, and has been involved with scholastic broadcast journalism since 2007.
