Use Command Hooks to Be More Organized and Help Keep Headphones Near Your Computers
I had a headphone problem.
I was using headphones in my broadcast class but it wasn’t going well. Headphones were often seen littering tables when they were left out and the file cabinet drawer I was keeping them in was just kind of a jumbled mess of death.
To top it all off, I had a tough time telling where all of them were at any given time.
A couple months again when Donors Choose was having a nice match offer, I decided to try and fix the issue. Through some generous donations by alumni and friends of the program, I was able to get a pair of over-the-ear headphones for each computer station and I got some large utility Command hooks to pair with them.
I affixed one hook to the back of each computer and matched up a pair of headphones with each hook.
The new system has worked great.
It’s a much better setup. Students aren’t having to waste time untangling headphones from the drawer of no return and each station has a nice set of headphones ready for use.
