This lesson in the online JEA Curriculum will help your staff write better headlines which should help stories rank higher in search results and increase web traffic.
The 50-minute lesson includes everything from a little direct instruction to activity time and even has a handout and scoring guide. This lesson should not only help your staff’s original web story headlines get better, it should also help them with rewrites to newspaper story headlines that may have appeared in print first and are getting posted online.
