[Handout] How to upload a file into Google Docs and Share it

Earlier this year I created this PDF, which answered the most common questions that students had when I showed the Google Docs setup process on the projector. It walks students, (who already have a Google-compatible email,) through the process of creating a Google account, then uploading or creating a new Google Doc. It also shows students how to change the title of the document to something that the teacher and peers can easily identify rather than ‘untitled document’. Finally it shows students how to share- it also covers how to share in the event that they’ve hit their share quota for the day, (despite never having been on Google Docs before.) I hope this document, along with the other great Google Docs resources on the site, helps everyone who wants to switch over with a smooth transition.
