Easily switch between multiple accounts on Gmail
A function on gmail easily allows users to switch gmail accounts.
I have three accounts — one I primarily use for my newspaper staff, one I set up for my national journalism professional learning community, and one that I originally used and still keep open.
I used to have to log out of one gmail account and into another and out of the other and back into the original to see what might be happening. Now that I have them linked, it’s easy to switch, check, and switch back to the one I primarily use.
In the gmail account you want to use as a default, go to the top right of your web view and get the drop down menu that includes your account settings.
In account settings, go to multiple sign-in and toggle on.
Follow directions from there.
This saves me tons of time.
