Complete the application here by April 1.
When will I find out?
Applicants will be notified by April 15 of finalist status, which will include an online interview. Participants will be selected by May 15 so the training will take place in August, September or October.
Who are the teacher-trainers?
The visiting teachers will be Valerie Kibler, CJE (Virginia) and two other journalism teachers and media advisers with experience at a variety of school types/sizes and with diverse staffs and publications. Trainers will have long-standing connections to the scholastic journalism community as well as administrator support for professional learning communities and student support to connect with other schools virtually.
